# For all Team Members

### Adding Interests for Ariv to Track

There are two ways to do this, one is to open up the chat window with Ariv and type in

> Add Interest

Followed by your topic of interest and press enter. Ariv will confirm that she has noted your area of interest.

![Type and let ariv know what interests you, you can similarly add more than one interest area](/files/-MXCjIZy_hkbZhEoCJtO)

The second way to do this is to use the "set me up" tab for the Ariv.ai app

![You'll see your existing list of interests and have the option to add more](/files/-MXCjmJ2blQEOSaLUOtp)

### Removing interests or delete interest areas

This is just as easy as adding them, either using the "remove interest" command or by clicking on the red icon in the "set me up" page to remove a topic that you are no longer interested in.

### Forgot what you had listed for Ariv to keep track of for you?

The set me up app tab shows you what you are interested in, same place for adding or removing topics or simply use the "Remove Interest" command followed by the topic name if you remember what it was.

### Avoid notification fatigue, let Ariv know how often you want to be notified

In the "Set me up" app tab, you can set how often you'd like Ariv to deliver a message digest of conversations that match your listed interest areas. Set it as often or as infrequently as you prefer.
