Installing in Microsoft Teams

Can't install Ariv?

Please check if you have sufficient privileges to install apps from the Microsoft Teams app store for your team. Most installation problems are related to permissions, if you are stuck in a rut reach out to one of our eager beavers for help, send us an email with the details of the error you are running in to at [e-mail] and we'll get right on it.

Ariv's feeling lonely, as you did not install it in a team?

If you get the following message from Ariv in your conversation tab with the Ariv app, don't worry there's a simple fix to get the installation back on track in a jiffy.

Go back to the app install page, and add to a team instead of clicking on open.
